In a statement released on November 2, 2021, American multinational conglomerate logistics and shipping company FedEx Express said it plans to open a new hub at Dubai World Central Airport (DCW). The world's largest express delivery service signed an agreement with Dubai South to build a new regional hub in the Logistics District. Located near the Dubai World Central Airport (DWC), the new facility will feature state-of-the-art technology to support the company's regional and global networks.
